About Me

Hi. I am Huseyin and your Realtor in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. I started my career in hospitality at the age of 17 as a vacation photographer at the 5-star resort in Turkiye. My hard work and true passion have helped my reputation as a qualified photographer quickly rise.


In 2010 I traveled to Punta Cana for a winter holiday to experience the Caribbean weather at the white-sands beaches under the giant palm trees and fell in love with it, then never left the Caribbean since that day. While I was living in Punta Cana, in 2011, I signed a business agreement with the largest photography company in the world to operate a photography concept in the Turks and Caicos Islands. I stayed in Turks until 2015 and decided to return to Punta Cana to continue my Caribbean lifestyle here in the Dominican Republic as a real estate photographer.


Before entering the real estate transaction business, I started my real estate career in 2017 as a property administrator of the top luxury short-term rental properties. And now I help people to own their dream homes in paradise. 


Representing the Dominican Republic's future landlords, I am committed to listening to my client's needs and utilizing my keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. I specialize in all facets of the Real Estate business, whether navigating the way for first-time vacation home buyers, trying to score that perfect distressed property, or providing help to investors in the Caribbean Real Estate market, I know and experienced all.
